Cheryl Collymore

Cheryl Collymore is a Professional Chartered Engineer with a Masters degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Birmingham in the UK. She has accumulated some 25 years of manufacturing experience from working within engineering facilities in the UK, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Brazil, Argentina and throughout the Caribbean. Prior to C&G International Cheryl worked with IBM (Germany), Ford Motor Company and Jaguar Cars as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer.

In the year 2000 Cheryl re-located from the UK to Barbados where she and a fellow director co-founded the C&G International manufacturing consultancy. Since taking up her role as a Principal Consultant in the company she has undertaken extensive training in ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 22,000 (Lead Auditor), she is also qualified in HACCP (Advanced Diploma RIPH).

Cheryl has provided HACCP Gap Audits and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) advice to a growing number of food manufacturing clients, and has been fully involved in the successful implementation of HACCP in several Caribbean companies. In addition to her technical expertise Cheryl has a proven ability to train and motivate employees at all levels of a company, from the board room to the shop floor. Her commitment to each and every C&G International, Inc. client has enabled her to successfully drive through projects, and ensure completion on time and to budget.
