International exports of food to the USA are now subject to the requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).

The FSMA includes Preventive Controls rule for Human Food which requires written Food Safety Plans (FSPs) to be established using the Hazard Analysis Risk-Based Preventive Control (HARPC).

Here at C&G International we have developed two distinct programs to assist companies with HARPC;
1) HACCP to HARPC Transition – For those food companies who may already have a food safety system in place and need to make adjustments to satisfy the HARPC requirements.
2) HARPC Implementation – For food companies without a formal food safety system in place and who intend to export food products to the USA.

Our HARPC programs ensure that food exporters can comply with all elements of the FSMA requirements including; preventive control plans, process control validation, recall plans and more.
