Dr. Williams and Ms. Collymore collectively hold academic qualifications that include; a PhD in Engineering Production, an Engineering Chartership in Manufacturing Engineering, a Masters in Manufacturing Management and a Masters in Industrial Management as well as Bachelors degrees in Engineering. They have been involved in the implementation of ISO 9001 within SME’s and large companies within the UK and the Caribbean.

Professionally both presenters hold Advanced Diplomas in Applied HACCP Principles for the Royal Institute of Public Health (RIPH), UK. They are lead auditors for ISO 22000 and registered on the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) and are certified as implementers of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, by the British Retail Consortium and of ISO 9001 by the British Standards Institute (BSI).
